Inspection sits before dispatch, so material is verified against the agreed requirement before it leaves the operation rather than being contested after it arrives.
Consistency as the measure. For an industrial buyer the meaningful test is not a single good load but whether the tenth load matches the first. Scientifically planned mining methods, modern equipment and skilled professionals exist to make that repeatable.
Execution discipline. On energy and infrastructure mandates the same principle applies to programme: land, approvals, Right of Way and transmission are tracked against the dates given, and variances are raised early rather than absorbed silently.
Responsible practice. Operations are guided by integrity, transparency and responsible mining practice, with commitment to the sustainable development of India’s mineral resources.

Confirmation. Supply proceeds against a written confirmation stating material, grade, quantity, packing, dispatch mode, destination and price. Nothing on this website overrides that confirmation.
Packing and dispatch. Minerals are supplied bulk, in jumbo bags or in HDPE bags as agreed. Dispatch is by road, or through Mundra, Kandla (Deendayal) or Navlakhi for export consignments.
Inspection at destination. Buyers are asked to inspect on arrival and to raise any discrepancy in writing, with the dispatch reference, within seven days of receipt. Claims raised after material has been consumed or blended cannot reasonably be assessed.
Discrepancy. Where material is confirmed to differ from the agreed specification, Meera Group will replace the affected consignment or issue a credit against it. Liability is limited to the value of the consignment concerned.
Force majeure. Monsoon conditions, statutory mining restrictions, port disruption and comparable events outside reasonable control may affect dispatch schedules; affected buyers will be informed as early as practicable.

Bentonite is the mineral Meera M3 LLP was built around. Extraction is scientifically planned and mine-to-dispatch controlled — geological assessment, mine planning, extraction, quality inspection and dispatch all sit inside the Group rather than being brokered out. That is what keeps grade consistent load after load, which is the only thing a foundry or a drilling contractor actually cares about.
Metallurgical and refractory grade bauxite from Kutch reserves, sized and supplied to specification.
Bauxite runs alongside bentonite through the same Meera M3 operation in Kutch — the same mine planning discipline, the same inspection gate before dispatch. Supply is arranged around what the buyer actually needs: metallurgical feed, refractory aggregate or cement correction, sized and consistent rather than whatever the pit gave up that week.
Laterite for construction, cement and infrastructure use, supplied from Group-operated Kutch workings.
Laterite is the workhorse of the Meera mineral portfolio — less glamorous than bentonite, and the one where dependable volume matters most. Cement plants and infrastructure contractors do not want a specialist; they want the same material, at the same grade, on the day it was promised. That is exactly how the Group runs the line.

Limestone completes the mineral side of the Group’s portfolio, mined and supplied through the same Kutch operations that handle bauxite, bentonite and laterite. Kutch is one of the great salt-producing coastlines on earth, and the Group works it with the same discipline it applies underground.

Wind is where the Group’s execution record is most visible. Meera has handled mandates with Suzlon and Enel Green Power, Aditya Birla Renewables, Hexa Renewables, Hexa Climate Solutions, Quantinum Energy, Oyster Green Energy and NLC India — the unglamorous, decisive work of securing land, clearing approvals, managing Right of Way and getting EHV transmission built so a turbine can actually deliver power.
Utility-scale solar and hybrid project development across Gujarat and beyond.
On the solar side the Group has worked mandates including a 450 MW requirement across INOX and NTPC on private land in Kutch, 325 MW of solar within an Aditya Birla Renewables hybrid, and 100 MW with Enerture Technologies alongside completed work for HPCL. Solar and wind increasingly arrive as one hybrid problem, and the Group is set up to take both.
